We already know that Toyota is one of the top three automakers in the world, and that probably, at least partially, explains why they just announced another great month of sales in October, 2014.

For October, Toyota sales were up 6.9 percent. That figure includes Toyota, Scion, and Lexus.  The Toyota division also showed an increase for October of 7.5 percent.  The October sales were the best for that month in ten years, and industry leaders believe it is because of a slowly-improving economy and lower gas prices, but there is no doubt that it is also because of the Toyota name and the quality that backs that name.

Some of the highlights for October, 2014, include:

$1·         The Toyota brand was the top retail car brand for the tenth consecutive month

$1·         Sales increased nearly 14 percent with the launch of the new Toyota Camry

$1·         Corolla was up 5.6 percent

$1·         Toyota and Lexus hybrids accounted for 65% of the industry hybrid sales

$1·         Toyota SUVs were up 21.6 percent

$1·         RAV4 was up 22.4%

$1·         Highlander was up 30%

$1·         4Runner showed a 38.1 percent increase

$1·         Pickups were up 1.2 percent

$1·         Lexus IS increased 5.6 percent

$1·         Lexus GS was up 5.6 percent

$1·         Lexus CT was up 37.5 percent

$1·         Lexus RX posted sales of 8,000 units

$1·         Lexus GX was up 29.2 percent.

In other words, if you are the industry leader, things just keep getting better for you.

But how did Toyota reach the top of the car industry?  The answer to that question lies in the craftsmanship that Toyota provides with every model they produce.  Ever since Toyota burst onto the American scene in the early 1970s, they have provided the American public with an inexpensive, quality, long-lasting automobile at a fair price, and the American public has responded.  Toyota was the perfect vehicle for the times when it was introduced, and they have managed to stay in tune with market trends ever since.

And while we are on the subject of market trends and quality customer service, let’s say a word about All Import Auto Parts, one of the leading salvage yards in the southwest.  Providing customers with quality used auto parts for decades now, All Import Auto Parts is the place to shop if you are interested in saving money on Toyota replacement parts and seriously, who isn’t interested in doing that?
