For some car manufacturers, 2015 has started out slowly in sales, but for others, like Mazda North American, the year 2015 looks to be every bit as successful as 2014 was, if not more so.

Mazda North American reported that February, 2015, was the best February for sales since 2012 with an increase of 5.4 percent over last February.  A total of 25,650 vehicles were sold in the United States in February, 2015, leaving us to believe there are a lot of people in Irvine, California celebrating right about now.

Vice President of sales, Ron Stettner, reports:  “Mazda3 and Mazda6 both performed very well last in the east which certainly helped sales.”

Some of the highlights worth noting:

$1·         Mazda6 showed sales of 5,064, an increase of 28.4 percent.

$1·         Mazda3 sold 8,874 units for an increase of 21.8 percent.

$1·         Mazda CX-9, the seven passenger SUV, showed continual growth with a 5.3 percent increase.

$1·         Mazda reports that Certified Pre-Owned vehicles increased in sales by 8.0 percent.

$1·         Mazda Motor of Mexico showed a 42 percent increase in sales.

There were only a couple negative performances in February.  Mazda2 was down significantly, as was the CX-5.  The Mazda5 showed a minor increase as did the MX-5 Miata.  Mazda also notes that the SKYACTIVE TECHNOLOGY has proven to be the key between performance and fuel efficiency as customers demand a solution that has no compromise.  Records show that 83.3 percent of Mazda vehicles now have the SKYACTIVE TECHNOLOGY.

All of this is, of course, great news for Mazda North American, but it is also good news for the American buying public.  It shows that Americans are beginning to turn to Mazda with increasing numbers and they are being rewarded for doing so with excellent automobiles, technology and performance.

This includes, naturally, Mazda parts.  Mazda would not have the reputation it has without making quality Mazda parts, and that is an important point to remember when it comes time to buy parts for your Mazda.  Where should you buy them? Should you buy new or recycled auto parts?

Quality means quality.  You can take that simple adage to the bank.  Mazda is showing increased sales because they offer quality craftsmanship and performance, so shop for your Mazda parts with confidence at your local salvage yard.  Buy quality parts for less and drive with the confidence that quality gives to you.
